CAHERLINE GAA CLUB NOTES
GAA LOTTO: No winner, numbers drawn were 2, 21, 25, 30. Lucky dip winners were Jack Franklin, Noel Deegan, Eamon O’Keeffe, Agnes Ryan, Margaret O’Connell. Next weeks jackpot will be €3,200 and the draw will be held on Friday night in Mulcahys Bar.
CHRISTMAS RAFFLE: Congratulations to all of our raffle winners last Saturday night – many thanks to everyone for their support, it was well attended as always. We also want to thank all of the prize sponsors, we couldn’t have done this without your generosity. Thanks to Mulcahy’s for sponsoring the players prizes and indeed for their hospitality on the night.
AGM: Many thanks to all of you who attended both our Bord na nÓg AGM & main AGM over the last week. There was plenty of discussion on both nights and we have some recommendations to take forward to the new committee. Club officers elected on the night are: Chairman – Micheál Murnane, V-chairman (as Bord na nÓg Chairman) – Seamus Murnane, Secretary – Paddy McCarthy, Ast-secretary (as Bord na nÓg Secretary) – Johnny Carroll, Treasurer – Pat Coffey, Ast-treasurer – Paddy O’Dwyer, PRO – Pat Kennedy, Registrar – Ger Coffey, Coaching Officer – Johnny Carroll, Child Welfare Officer – Sandra Heelan, Draw Coordinator – Pat Coffey. Thank again to all who attended & got involved in the discussions, let’s all push together for a successful 2020 season !
FOUNDATION TRAINING COURSE: Limerick Gaa will be running a Foundation hurling course at two separate locations this December (December 10th & 11th in Cappamore, 7pm – 9:30pm both nights; December 16th & 17th in Kilmallock, 7pm – 9:30pm both nights) – participants wishing to attend must complete both registration and course modules online first.
