CLUB DEVELOPMENT PLAN UPDATE:
Construction work on the first project in our Development Plan, the Community Walking Track, nears completion following the recent successful testing of the lighting system for the Walking Track. This Walking Track will be a great resource for all in our community to use on an all year round basis.
The club intend to have an official opening of the WalkingTrack, which is provisionally pencilled in for Saturday 19th June next, and more details to follow on this.
Meanwhile fundraising efforts continue to raise the required funding for other Development Plan works at the pitch. This includes the All Weather Training Facility at the hurling wall which will be a huge resource for all teams in the GAA and Camogie clubs.
The provision of this All Weather Training Facility will be subject to Sports Capital funding assistance and locally raised own funding is essential too if this is to go ahead. You can support our fundraising efforts by sending a cheque payable to Crecora Manister Development Fund, to Pat Byrnes or Mark Leahy, or by lodging direct to the Development Fund Account with Bank of Ireland: IBAN IE26 BOFI 904499 47496971
