CLUB LOTTO: No jackpot winner – numbers drawn were 3, 6, 10 & 24. U-13 HURLING: Our U-13’s had a game last Thursday evening against Blackrock and it was a case of no luck in front of goal for us unfortunately – we were a point up at half time, but it was Blackrock who pulled away in the second half with three goals and would have been more but for some great saves by Philip Power. We had our chances, two shots hit the post & another shaved the wrong side of the post in that second half, but credit to the lads, they kept fighting and were rewarded with a goal in the final play. Final score, Blackrock 3-09 Caherline 1-05.
