We have a long and proud association with Bruree going back to 1996 when we first supplied a set of jerseys and it is great to see that coming full circle again”

Why are we running this fundraiser?
The organisations have come together to organise a major Community Fundraiser for the following projects:
– An AstroTurf area and Hurling Wall to the rear of St Patrick’s National School.
– A Walkway around the Community Sports field.
– Replacement of the flat roof to the front of the Community Hall.
These projects will be done on a phased basis. The initial stage is to raise funds to have base funding available to apply for grants under various programmes e.g. Leader Programme, Sports Capital Scheme. The project of replacing the flat roof in the Community Hall is a more immediate problem. During the early months of this year due to heavy winds and rain the roof was damaged and is leaking in several places. It needs to be replaced as soon as possible as otherwise the interior work will be ruined.
We have all endured the upheaval and hardship caused by Covid19, but it has also reminded us of the importance of being part of a Community and of Community Facilities where we can meet up and enjoy each other’s company. Thankfully we appear to be emerging from this terrible experience and there is some light at the end of the tunnel. The Community Spirit which has sustained us through this difficult time is being called upon again so that we can provide further facilities for our Community and for future generations.

The Rockhill A.F.C and Bruree GAA Lotto is the main source of finance for our club and helps us prepare all of our teams for each year with affiliation fees, insurance costs etc.
The costs are ever increasing and we are very grateful for the generous support of our lotto. The lotto has been going since 1993 (28 Years) and has given out huge amounts of prizemoney to winners over the years. The weekly draw will take place every Monday night. The weekly lotto results and jackpot can be viewed on our homepage at www.brureegaa.com , social media websites, our club app and at the premises mentioned below.
Tickets are priced at:
€2 each or 3 for €5 for weekly entry
Tickets can be bought from any of the Lotto’s regular sellers (with whom you can pay in advance for draws if you like).
The lotto can also be done online where we have packages available.
€20 for 10 draws
€50 for 26 draws
€90 for 52 draws
Cut off for online is 7pm on Monday nights.
