BRUREE GAA CHRISTMAS RAFFLE 2020
On Saturday 19th December we held our Annual Christmas Raffle. We had €3,500 in prizes. There was a total of 21 prizes to be won. Prizes included were 1st prize of €1,000. This was sponsored by Europiping Eng and we thank Owen and Judy Tobin for there kind sponsorship it was very much appreciated. Other fantastic prizes was the Limerick GAA Merchandise Hamper, The Signed and Framed Limerick Jersey and our own Christmas Hamper. We would like to thank Monica Queally for doing a brilliant job this year with the hamper worth €200. Tickets sales were unbelievable both from Rockhill / Bruree and from Limerick and several other Countys as well as tickets bought in America and Australia. The online was a big success. Chairman Brendan Hogan thanked everyone who bought tickets and also thanked everyone in the club who sold tickets. Special thanks went to the Fundraising Chairman Eamonn Sexton, Fundraising Committee Jimmy Feane, Kit O’Halloran, Chairman of Bruree GAA Brendan Hogan, Treasurer of Bruree GAA John O’Halloran and Secretary of Bruree GAA David Deady. Alot of hard work went into this Christmas Raffle and it was a huge Success for Bruree GAA. For the first time The Christmas Raffle was streamed Live on Bruree GAA Facebook and we would like to thank Chris Culhane for doing this fantastic job for us.

BRUREE GAA COMMUNITY SUPPORT SERVICEBruree GAA are continuing our Community Support Service. If there are any elderly or vulnerable members / friends of Bruree GAA living alone or cocooning and need anything delivered to your home like Groceries or Medication or any other essentials over the coming weeks please contact David Deady Club Secretary on 083-8953481. Bruree GAA will then send someone out to you. As a community Lets look out for each other. Our Volunteers are Garda Vetted and all enquiries are treated with strict confidentiality.

The Rockhill A.F.C and Bruree GAA Lotto is the main source of finance for our club and helps us prepare all of our teams for each year with affiliation fees, insurance costs etc.
The costs are ever increasing and we are very grateful for the generous support of our lotto. The lotto has been going since 1993 (27 Years) and has given out huge amounts of prizemoney to winners over the years. The weekly draw will take place every Monday night. The weekly lotto results and jackpot can be viewed on our homepage at www.brureegaa.com , social media websites, our club app and at the premises mentioned below.

0-25Congratulations to the Limerick Minor Hurlers who retained the Munster Minor Hurling championship with a fantastic extra time win over Tipperary in the Gaelic Grounds on Sunday last. They will play Galway in the All Ireland semi final to be played on January 2nd 2021. We wish the players and management team the very best of luck.
