The Rockhill A.F.C and Bruree GAA Lotto is the main source of finance for our club and helps us prepare all of our teams for each year with affiliation fees, insurance costs etc.
The costs are ever increasing and we are very grateful for the generous support of our lotto. The lotto has been going since 1993 (27 Years) and has given out huge amounts of prizemoney to winners over the years. The weekly draw will take place every Monday night. The weekly lotto results and jackpot can be viewed on our homepage at www.brureegaa.com , social media websites, our club app and at the premises mentioned below.
Tickets are priced at:
€2 each or 3 for €5 for weekly entry
Tickets can be bought from any of the Lotto’s regular sellers (with whom you can pay in advance for draws if you like).
We would like to take this opportunity to remember two of our wonderful sellers who sadly passed away in recent weeks. Margaret Thompson and Jim O’Brien. May they both Rest In Peace. Thank ye both so much for the fantastic work ye did for the lotto in Rockhill and Bruree.

All Ireland Senior Hurling Champions 2020
Bruree GAA would like to Congratulate Manager John Kiely and Captain Declan Hannon and all the players in winning there 2nd All Ireland Senior Hurling Championship Final in 3 years. Last Sundays victory was Limerick 9th All Ireland title and without doubt the greatest performance of them all. Scoring 30 points with 24 points coming from play was unbelievable shooting but not surprising as this group of players always had this performance in there lockers.
The Sunday Game Team Of The Year was dominated by Limerick players and rightly so with 9 players selected. Man of the match Gearoid Hegarty with 7 points from play was deserving of he’s award and he has to be favourite to win the award for player of the year. John Kiely deserves huge praise as too does Paul Kinnerk and the rest of the management and backroom team. Limerick lead by 3 at the break but extended the lead very quickly in the 2nd half. The crisp passing and speed of which Limerick play was breathtaking. Also the strength and phisical battle from the Limerick players was too much for an excellent Waterford team.
Limerick don’t score too many goals but who needs goals when you score 30 points on the biggest day of the year. Limerick don’t concede many goals either with Nicky Quaid having an fantastic year between the sticks. He’s saves were outstanding but he’s awareness and accuracy from puckouts was fantastic to watch and was key to setting up constant Limerick attacks. Limerick had strength all over the field and to be honest there was no weakness in any position and to add to opponents fear Limerick had a bench that would get onto most teams around the county.
We in Bruree and all around the county are very proud of what Limerick have done for us all. 2020 has been a very tough year for everyone but winning the All Ireland Senior Hurling Championship in December has made it worth it. Congratulations Limerick Hurlers, Congratulations John Kiely. #proudLimerickSupporters
