Bingo:
Bingo is on in Bruff GAA Complex every Thursday evening at 8pm. Raffle and numerous prizes to be won. All very welcome!
Functional Fitness:
A fun and social exercise programme that develops strength, balance and flexibility through a range of movements and activities. Suited to all levels and abilities. The Functional Fitness classes offered through the Limerick Sports Partnership are inclusive and available to males and females over 55 years of age of all fitness levels and abilities.
