Australia Gaelic Games:
Former Bruff player Cathal Bulfin met with GAA President Jarlath Burns at the banquet after the Australasia Games last weekend. Cathal was a member of the Western Australia side who won the hurling final by 1-18 to 0-11. Fantastic to see a Bruff presence in this competition.

Premier Intermediates:
On Saturday, the Intermediate team had a fantastic win against Effin to progress to the championship semi-final on a scoreline of 1-12 to 0-11. In what can only be described as terrible weather conditions, the lads dug deep to book their place in the final four.

U16 Football:
Bruff Bord na nÓg were delighted to welcome former Kildare star Anthony Rainbow to the club this week. Anthony took the u16s football session as the group prepared for their county semifinal. Anthony, along with the 16s manager Ger Kelleher, both work for IWM, who sponsored gear for the group. As a thank you, the club presented a framed IWM Bruff top to Anthony and Ger, which will go on display in the company head office in Kildare. A special word of thanks to Anthony for traveling all the way from Kildare this evening, for giving a great session with the team and for being so generous with his time.

Bruff Comhaltas:
Bruff Comhaltas is back for another term of music and fun! Call into us at the Clubhouse (upstairs) any time between 6.30 and 7.30pm for registration. Classes will commence on September 30th.
