Festival Of Hurling:
A busy weekend at the GAA complex. After the rain clouds passed on Saturday the counties of Waterford, Clare, Cork, Tipperary and of course Limerick were represented by Mount Sion, Newmarket on Fergus, Shandrum, Cappawhite and Bruff in underage blitzs from u8s, u10s and u12, with a Junior A challenge between Newtownshandrum and Bruff at the end of an action-packed day. Our local Comhaltas group provided brilliant entertainment, and the stalls in aid of the Bruff After School facility provided great sustenance to keep the energy levels.

John & Theresa Moran Cup:
The sun was shining for fantastic days hurling on Sunday, as Cappawhite, O’Callaghan Mills, Bruff & Drom Broadford took part in the John and Theresa Moran Memorial Hurling Tournament.
All four panels impressed & entertained the large crowd of supporters who gathered. O’Callaghan Mills ran out the shield winners & Bruff put in a stellar performance to win the Cup competition. Well done all..
Congratulations to Jack Egan on winning player of the tournament.
Thanks to all the clubs who travelled today & also to everyone who helped to make the day a success.
Particular thanks to John Anthony Moran and the Moran family for their continued support and for providing all the medals, plaques and player of the tournament award.

Bingo:
Bingo is on in Bruff GAA Complex every Thursday evening at 8pm. Raffle and numerous prizes to be won. All very welcome!
Mini Stars:
Our mini-stars program continues each Saturday morning and proving a great success with all the kids aged 3&4 enjoying really it. Well done to players & coaches involved.
