There was no winner of last weeks Lotto Jackpot. The numbers drawn 3, 18, 23 and 24. The Lucky Dip winners were €50 Donal Curran and €20 went to each of the following: Andy O’ Neill, Tony Dillon, Ann Ryan, Paul Browne, Catriona Moloney, Bridget Hennessy, Mike Kiely, Nuala Egan and Lisa Enright. The Chaser Fundraiser
On Saturday night the 1st of February next, Bruff GAA brings the hugely popular show, “The Chaser” to the Charleville Park Hotel. This incredibly successful show, is being run to assist in fundraising for ongoing club developments and the provision of a gym. The launch night for the show was held in the Clubhouse on Wednesday the 8th of January and a large crowd attended, including current and two time All Star and Bruff club player Sean Finn. The first ticket for the event was purchased by club president Tom Bulfin. Club Chairman Joe McSweeney outlined, that the club had been in contact with several others groups who ran, “The Chaser” around the country with great success. “We are all looking forward to a great night on the 1st of February as the show is really hi-tech and offers a superb night’s entertainment. The show is timed to start at 8pm and we would encourage people to come early to ensure a seat” said Joe. “We would also like to say a particular word of thanks to our exhibitors ToCo Welding, Nagles Eurospar, Matt Daly Construction, Bruff Credit Union, Munster Astro, Wallace Pharmacy, Michael Houlihan Solicitors, Glynns Takeaway, and IAC Shannon, and to all of those who have taken out advertising at the show”, he continued.

Personal Developmetn and Mindfulness
Bruff GAA Club are inviting everyone in the wider Community to a evening on Personal Development and Mindfulness with Inspirational guest speaker Dessie Fitzgerard. The event will be held in the clubhouse this Saturday the 11th of January at 7pm and entry is FREE. Dessie Fitzgerald is a qualified Transpersonal Counsellor and has completed a MSc in Personal and Management Coaching in UCC. He works as a Life Coach to help individuals overcome challenges and achieve personal goals. He also delivers motivational speeches to groups to show human resilience, give hope, provide techniques to increase self-belief, positivity and inspire people to make the absolute most out of their lives. Dessie was interviewed on the Late Late Show by Ryan Tubridy and has delivered numerous inspirational talks to organisations across the Country and in the UK. His honesty, willingness to share his story and passion to help others is inspiring in itself. Within 14 months Dessie’s two brothers passed away and he sustained a devastating spinal cord injury playing hurling. He went from being a man that did not want to get out of bed in the morning to man that loves life and embraces every second. If you need some inspiration to overcome and achieve, this event is not to be missed.

Charity Match
Thank you to all those that came out St. Stephens day to support out Charity Hurling / Football match. We raised €570 for Milford Hospice.
