Blackrock GAA club lotto draw was held on Thursday night last November 13th.

The numbers drawn were 21, 23, 24 and 30. Jackpot of €2,000 was not won.

The Annual General Meeting of Blackrock GAA Club will be held on Wednesday November 26th. in Ardpatrick Community Hall at 7.30pm.

On Sunday November 20th. 1898 in Tipperary Town saw Kilfinane Emmets win Limerick’s first All Ireland Senior Hurling Championship title when they defeated Tulloroan (Kilkenny) by 3.04 to 2.04 in the 1897 decider, Bonfires blazed on the Moat in Kilfinane signalling to the countryside around Ballyhoura and deep into County Cork that Limerick represented by Kilfinane Emmets had won their first All Ireland Hurling title, played on Sunday 20th. November 1898, 127 Years ago.
