Blackrock GAA Club Notes:

Blackrock GAA club lotto draw was held on Thursday night last November 6th.

The numbers drawn were 5, 7, 15 and 24. Jackpot of €8,000 was won.

The next draw will be held on this Thursday November 13th.  Jackpot will be €2,000.

On Sunday last November 9th. in the County Under 20 ‘B’ Hurling Championship Group 4 Round 2.

Blackrock received a walkover St Kierans in the game due to played in Ardagh and are now in the play-off stages of the championship.

The Annual general meeting of Blackrock GAA Club will be held on Wednesday November 26th in Ardpatrick Community Hall at 7.30pm.

Scoil Pól and CBS Carrick on Suir Finish Level

Well done to Scoil Pol Senior hurling team and Management on Wednesday last November 5th. when they played Carrick on Suir C.B.S in Munster TUS Corn Thomais Mhic Choilim, Group 3 Round 2 Game in U.L. Grounds Maguires Pitch. After a very well contested and close game where the lead changed hands on a number of occasions,  with time almost up Scoil Pol were ahead by the narrowest of margins, but a late point saw the game finish level Scoil Pól Kilfinane 3.21 Carrick on Suir C.B.S 4.18.

St Frances College Rochestown Cork who are top of the group as a result of round 1 victory over CBS Carrick on Suir by 2.29 to 1.17 will play Scoil Pol in round 3 on Wednesday next November 19th at 12.30pm venue tbc.
