On August 21st the lotto will be in O’Shaughnessys Bar for a jackpot of €7,100.

The Junior B’s had a fine win over Knockainy on Thursday 15th August 2 21 to 1 06. Congratulations to Killian Aherne who played with the Limerick u15 footballers who won the Dermot Earley Tournament in Dublin on Saturday last. Also congratulations to the Blackrock Effin 9 a side junior team who beat Granagh Ballingarry 8 points to 7 in the recent final.

Congratulations to the Limerick Junior Camogie team who beat Roscommon in the Semifinal on Saturday 10th August and now play Kerry in the final. Best of luck to the Limerick u 16 camogie team in the All Ireland final V Waterford on Sunday 25th in Nenagh at 2pm, best wishes to the local girls Maggie English and Ciara O’Riordan.

Our golf classic is on Friday 23rd and Sat 24th August in Mitchelstown Golf course, best wishes to all involved and hopefully an enjoyable few days for all the golfers.
