Club Hurling News:
The Under 20 County Hurling Championship game Glenroe v Blackrock fixed for Friday evening last September 27th. was deferred and is refixed for this Wednesday October 2nd in Glenroe at 6pm.
On this Saturday October 5th in Ballyagran at 2pm. Blackrock will play Newcastle West in the final round of the Lyons of Limerick County Premier Intermediate Hurling Championship. Undefeated Newcastle West are already qualified for a Semi Final place, while Blackrock with just two wins from six outings will be hoping for a good performance to finish off the playing year.

Woodlands House Hotel County Junior A Hurling Championship Relegation Final Bruff 2.09 Blackrock 0.08 played in Kilbreedy. This result ends our participation in the Limerick Junior A Hurling Championship and we will compete at the Junior B grade in 2025. Thanks to all our players and management for their efforts this year.

Blackrock Bord na nÓg
There was a lovely end to the season for our Bord na nOg Under 6’s, Under 8’s and Under 10’s in the clubhouse on Sunday morning last. Medals were presented to all our superstars followed by treats and hot chocolate. Pat McNamara extended his thanks on behalf of Bord na nÓg to all the coaches who have volunteered their time over the season and encouraged more parents to get involved.
