BALLYSTEEN GAA CLUB NOTES
Table Quiz
We are hosting a table quiz to raise funds for the club this Friday evening (November 19) in Cagneys bar! Entry on the night is €40 per table of four players. There is no need to sign up prior as you can register on the night. The quiz will start at 7.30pm with prizes for the top teams and spot prizes to be won in a raffle!
We are looking forward to seeing everyone there.
U21 Football
Our U21 Football Championship campaign begins this weekend when we play in the first round of the A Championship. We play Croom in our opener after they lost to Ballylanders at the weekend. Keep an eye on our social pages for fixture confirmation during the week.
Club Limerick Draw
The November draw is to take place on Saturday 27th on Live 95 with the exclusive prize a €500 voucher for Smyths Toystore ahead of the Christmas period! 1st Prize is €10,000 with 28 Other CASH Prizes to give away.
50% of the money used to sign up goes back to the club!

Service to the Elderly
Ballysteen GAA along with Askeaton GAA & Askeaton/Ballysteen/Kilcornan Bord na nÓg GAA wish to offer our services to the eldery and the most vulnerable in our community during this current time and throughout the weeks ahead.
All three clubs are coming together to give back to our community that has supported us throughout good times and bad. We will be offering to help anyone who requires shopping, prescriptions, fuel etc to be collected on their behalf and delivered to their doorstep.
We will support local businesses to help keep our local community going. Listed below are our coordinators numbers. You can ring or text these numbers and we will organise assistance thereafter. Best hygiene practices will be used by our volunteers during the delivery of this service. Thanks to everyone who is volunteering as part of this. Every little helps in the sustainment and sense of community amongst ourselves. Please remember to share this information to people who are not on Social Media so that they know this service is available.
