Notice to Club Members and Suppporters:The re-introduction of tighter restrictions earlier this week means that we must play all of our games “behind closed doors”. This is a huge disappointment to all of us in the wider GAA community. We have no choice but to respectfully request our supporters not to attend, as your presence on the sideline could result in the fixture not proceeding. We trust that you will all understand this.
Underage games Consistent with our advice of Wednesday, August 19th, the Government have now confirmed Parents/Guardians attending training or games in a safeguarding /supervisory capacity are not classified as spectators; however strict social distancing and public health guidelines should be adhered to at all times. In that context, one parent/guardian per child is permitted to attend at a sporting event, including a game or training session, should they consider it necessary. Any person wishing to attend our underage training or games including coaches, parents, players and spectators shall be subject to the provisions of the Code of Behaviour (Underage)
Many Congratulations to all our Juvenille teams who took to the fields this week. they all played with great skills and determination. Many thanks as always to the underage coaches who so willingly give their time.
The very Best of Luck to Our Senior team who play Na Piarsaigh on Sat 5th in LIT Gaelic Grounds. The match will be streamed live. Facebook and Twitter will post sore by score updates.
The very Best of Luck to all our Leaving Cert players who get their results next Monday.
