BALLYBROWN GAA CLUB NOTES
Huge Congratulations to Aidan, Colin, Ned & Luke who were all part of the LImerick Minor team to win a Munster Medal on Sunday. It was so exciting especially for our juvenille members to see these young men do their Club and families proud. We must also Congratulate the Senior team on a fantastic display of hurling and win. Its all roads to Croker now for the double limerick semi finals. PHOTOGRAPH Below
well done to Eoghan, Ethan, Robert, Mark and Keith who were all part of the Limerick Sarsfield Celtic Challenge squad who lost out in the final in Tullamore Last Saturday to Roscommon. They have great matches with the squad and done their families and the \club proud.
Cul Camp began on Monday morning with in excess of 100 children again this year. Camp Leader this year is Peter Nash with a band of very enthusiastic young coaches. The sun is to shine bring so may they learn lots and have plenty of fun.
Duck Race this year will be held on Sunday 11th August – be sure to keep the day free.
If your teenagers or young adults are hanging out in the Clubhouse during their summer holidays please talk to them about binning their litter. It is not only unsightly but dangerous to players of all ages when training or playing matches. There is bins around the top gate so remind them to please use them.
LOTTO: there was No winner of the Lotto Jackpot last week. Numbers were 1,12,18,23 B7. Don’t forget to buy your tickets from The Clubhouse Bar, Hayes Shop, Centra Clarina, Quinns De Bucket Bar and Restaurant and Curran’s Ferrybridge Bar. The juvenile jersey comes with the O Sullivan Centra logo or without. there is lots of gear available to buy on the site . It will be great to see lots of adults and children wearing the new club Gear… So get buying So for birthday presents, communion gifts or hopefully a county final you will be able to order gear delivered to your door as and when you want it…
