Our Junior A Footballers had their second outing of the campaign against Ballybrown on Saturday evening last in Clarina. Bally played very fluid attacking football in whay can be described as less than ideal conditions against a strong Ballybrown team, and after a number of attacking plays and a penalty save from John Casey, Bally went in at the break with a 5pt lead of 1:04-0:02. In the second half, the Ballybricken Barthez stepped up again and saved another penalty, this drove the lads on and we popped over several unanswered points. Ballybrown eventually found a way past Our net minder to get a goal to leave the final score at B/B 1:11-Ballybrown 1:05. Stand out performances on the day were from John Casey, Paul Martin and Darragh Hogan and Denis Stack .Well Done lads
