Club Lotto:
The club Lotto stands at €6,300. The next draw is Monday night the 13th January in the club house. No Jackpot winner on Monday 6th February Draw, numbers drawn were 4, 16, 22, 28- Lucky dips Mairéad Ryan, Kathleen Wilkinson, Carol Lewis & Darren McGregor. Remember tickets can be bought from usual outlets throughout the parish and online from lottoraiser.ie/Ballybrickenbohermore/ .The club would like to thank all for their continued support.
Training:
Gym sessions will continue to run in the gym in the clubhouse on Mondays and Thursdays and will continue for the next 6 weeks, all players are encouraged to attend.
Underage Academy:
Ballybricken/Bohermore & Fedamore GAA will be starting our Nursery/Academy for all age groups from U5s to U13s on Saturday February 18th at 10am in Ballybricken/Bohermore GAA Grounds. All current, past and new players are welcome – spread the word and if you know of new or past players who want to start or re-start training – let any of the coaches know and we can make contact with them.
Club Membership:
Membership registration is now open for the coming 2023 season .Membership can be paid in person in the club to the club Registrar or by following the “Pay Membership” tab on the club website. For further details and membership rates please visit the club website
Ireland Lights Up/My Life Steps Walking challenge:
We will be meeting at the pitch every Wednesday for our “Ireland Lights up” walk. Ballybricken/Bohermore are participating in the “Ireland Light UP” initiative . The hugely popular ‘Ireland Lights Up’ initiative is in partnership with RTE’s Operation Transformation, and Get Ireland Walking. GAA clubs across the 32 counties will once more ensure ‘Ireland Lights Up’ by turning on their floodlights and hosting community walking groups during the eight-week broadcast period of the hit RTÉ show. This will continue on Wednesday evening at the Clubhouse from 7.30pm to 8.30pm
The last couple of days of the My Life steps walking challenge is upon us and will be continuing until February 15th. We are currently just short of the 8,000km mark which is a super achievement. Download app, enter details and register under Ballybricken/Bohermore GAA Club. Every step counts & best of luck to everyone.
