Junior Football: Ballybricken-Bohermore played round 2 of the county junior a football championship in Adare on Sunday last losing out to Monagea 4-15 to 3-05. We got off to a flying start with Eoin Kloos smashing to the net in the opening minutes and Conor McCarthy added a couple of points from placed balls to keep the contest close in the early exchanges. Our more experienced opponents began to get on top as the half wore on and despite the teams hard work we trailed at the break. The second half saw us raise the green flag on two occasions with Daniel Owens getting both as we outscored the opposition in this period but not enough to effect the overall result. Team from John Casey, Hugh Leonard, Enda O Callaghan, Killian O Brian, Patrick Byrne, Paul Martin, Jack Owens, Dan McGuire, Alan O Riordan, Tommy Carroll, Eoghan Kloos, Dennis Stack, Conor MaCarthy, Daniel Owens, Colm Teefy, Darragh Hogan, Dylan Conway, Cian Donnelly, Matt Mitchell.
