U21 Hurling Championship: Ballybricken/Bohermore GAA-Fedamore GAA faced St.Kierans back in Mick Neville Park Rathkeale on Sunday 20th November. The Conditions were less than ideal with strong winds and heavy showers of rain throughout. The opening half saw bally dominate their opponents with some great points from Pa Byrnes and Michéal Martin. Bally went in at the break 5pts to the good on a score of BB 0:08:0:03 St.Kierans. In the opening quarter of the second half both teams exchanged early points , and at the midpoint in the half Michéal Martin scored 1:01 in quick succession to give bally a commanding lead. Bally converted another two goals and fired over further points to put the game beyond doubt. But credit to our opponents, they kept fighting till the end getting 2 goals close to full time, but thankfully it was to be too little too late.Full-time score Ballybricken/Bohermore GAA-Fedamore GAA 3:12-2:08 St.Kierans . We now look forward to a County Semi final. Well done lads
