County Junior A Football : On Friday last, Bally made the short trip back to Fedamore to take on Banogue GAA in the first round of the Junior A Football Championship. The lads came up against a strong Banogue side who were very accurate in front of goal and made the most of their chances going in at the half time break ahead 1:07-0:02. Although Bally came out stronger in the second half they very unable to bridge the gap built up by Banogue in the opening 30min. The scoreline at FT was 1:09- 1:04.

Limerick GAA : Congratulations to John Kiely and the Limerick Hurlers as they overcame the challenge of Galway in Croke Park to earn themselves a place in the All-Ireland Hurling Final against Kilkenny on July 17th .
