AHANE GAA CLUB NOTES
Seachtain na Gaeilge
To celebrate Seachtain na Gaeilge in the club we will be holding a Ciorcal Comhrá and Ceol session on Thursday March 10th at 8pm in the Clubhouse. We are also holding a Tráth na gCeist in the clubhouse on Sunday 13th March. Post Primary Hurling
Huge well done to Evan O’Leary, Jack Butler, their manager Niall Moran and all involved with Ardscoil Rís on a great win on Saturday in the All Ireland Semi Final. We wish them all the very best of luck in the All Ireland Final.
Condolences
On behalf of the club, we would like to send our condolences to Toni, Phelim, Caoimhe and Ciara Macken on the sad passing of Toni’s mum Marie. We would also like to send our condolences to Denis, Elaine, William, Evan, Cian and Donnacha O’Leary on the sad passing of Denis’s dad Flor. Both the Macken and O’Leary families are heavily involved in the club and are thoughts and prayers are with all of them all at this sad time
