Harty Cup
Saturday saw Ardscoil Rís overcome Thurles CBS in the Semi Final of the Harty Cup. They now face St Joseph’s Tulla in the final and we are wishing Evan O’Leary, Jack Butler, their Manager Niall Moran and all involved with Ardscoil Rís the very best of luck in the final!
Fitzgibbon Cup
The Fitzgibbon Cup got underway on Wednesday afternoon as UCC travelled to Mary I. The club are represented on the UCC team by Ciarán Barry and Padráig Harnett, and we want to congratulate them and their teammates on their win over Mary I. On Thursday evening, UL welcomed TUS to UL where UL came away with the win. The club were represented on the TUS side by Kevin Morrissey.
MyLife Every Step Counts Challenge
The challenge kicked off on Wednesday 19th January and at the time of writing we are currently in 3rd place having walked 3,408.6km already! You can still register, all you must do is download the MyLife app, tap social, hit available challenges, then select Munster Every Step Counts, select join, and then select Ahane and away you go!
Munster Senior Hurling Cup
Huge congratulations to Dan and all the Limerick Senior hurlers who beat Clare on Sunday afternoon in the Co-Op Superstores Munster Hurling Cup. A great start to the season and fingers crossed the start of plenty of silverware coming home to Limerick in 2022.
Limerick Minor Football Panel 2022
Well done to Jack Butler who has been selected as part of the Limerick Minor Football panel for 2022. A great achievement for Jack and for the club. We are wishing him and his teammates the very best of luck for the year!
Club Membership
2022 is well and truly here and we are all hoping it will be better than last year. We are looking forward to the upcoming GAA season and to getting back on the pitches! To play all players must be registered with the Club for the 2022 season:
