The Friday 21st May Lotto draw numbers were: 3, 12, 29, 32. There was no winner which raises the Jackpot to €7,400. Remember you can now complete our weekly lotto online, Google ’Adare GAA Smart lotto’. The next draw takes place Friday 28th May at 9:30pm. Thank you for your continued support and we wish you the very best of luck.
Bord na nÓg would like to thank all the parents for using Foireann to register the boys and also to complete the Covid questionnaire before each training session. We are delighted to be back on the pitch and we want to continue to be as safe as possible.
Páraic O’Neill visited our u/11,13 & 15s on Friday evening and he will be their strength & conditioning coach for the season. There was a key focus on speed and being first to the ball and the boys learnt a lot from him and we all look forward to working with him over the coming months. Páraic and his friends are currently planning a running and cycling challenge in memory of their dear friend Cathal Scanlan and to support TLC4CF (Tipperary, Limerick & Clare for Cystic Fibrosis). Páraic will attempt to run 210km from Galway Bay to Dublin and the rest of the group will join him to cycle from Mizen Head to Malin Head – 670km and aptly the challenge is called LengthxBreath. The cycling group are made up of Eoin Ryan, Byran Curtin, Jack Canty, Evan O’ Donoghue, Luke MacKessy, Sean Fitzpatrick, William Lynch and Conall Hourigan. To donate please follow paraiconeill on Instagram and the link is in his bio. All at Adare GAA wish the lads the very best of luck in their challenge.
Training is continuing for our u/15’s and the boys are putting in a tremendous effort. Thanks to John, David, Frank, Aidan, Padraig, and Milo for all their help with the boys. Congratulations to John and Clíodhna on their engagement from all at Adare GAA. We would also like to wish the boys in the group who have exams the very best of luck over the coming weeks.
New players are welcome any time to Bord na nÓg.
