LOTTO: The latest Lotto draw took place on Thursday Dec 1st with the jackpot standing at €9,600. The numbers drawn were 5, 17, 18 and 21. The €50 lucky dip winners drawn were D.Buckley (c/o The Hurlers), S.Heagney (Kylemore), B.O’Donoghue (Thornfield) and J.Twomey (Mountgreen).
NOTICE OF RE-ARRANGED AGM: The re-arranged Monaleen GAA Club AGM will now be held tomorrow night, Wednesday the 7th of December at 8.30pm in the Clubhouse.
PREMIER INTERMEDIATE HURLING: Massive congratulations to our Intermediate Hurlers who brought the Munster Intermediate title back to the parish after getting the better of Roscrea last Sunday in Cork on a scoreline of 1:22 to 18 points. This is a fantastic achievement by players and the management team and we now have an All Ireland semi final to look forward to in the coming weeks. This game is due to fall on the weekend of 17/18 November. Our opponents will be the winners of Trim and Bray Emmets. Full details of fixture will follow in due course.
