Junior football
Galbally Junior footballers played Ballybrown last Friday night and lost 4-10 to 0-05. Team on the evening was: Aidan Sheehan, Ciaran Beaton, Tony Henebry, Eoin Halligan, Mikey O Dwyer, Cathal Shannahan, Paddy Donovan, Joe Farrell, Billy Donoghue, Pat Cussen, Jack Donovan, Patrick Murphy, Jonathan Scully, Fionn Flannigan, Niall O Dwyer, Tom Cussen.
The next game for our Junior football team is against Croom on Tuesday 26th April in Galbally at 7pm. Please support.
Senior football
Our Senior football team are scheduled to play Oola in the County League and Dinny Ryan Cup this Friday 22nd April 6:45pm in Galbally. All support is appreciated.
Bord na n-Óg
Galbally Bord na n-Óg welcomed St. Judes of Dublin along with local clubs Ballylanders-Glenroe and Hospital-Herbertown last Saturday morning for a day of under 11 football and hurling. Well done to all the clubs that took part in the blitz. A big thank you to all the volunteers who helped out in any way on the day. A great morning was had by all here in Galbally.
Limerick GAA Summer Cúl Camp
Galbally/Garryspillane Cúl camp is now open for booking. The camp will run from Monday July 18th-Friday July 22nd. The venue will be Galbally this year. It is open to boys and girls aged 6- 13 years.
Munster Senior hurling championship
Congratulations to the Limerick Senior hurlers on a magnificent victory over Cork in Round 1 of the championship on Sunday last. Best wishes to John, Kieran and all the panel in the second round against Waterford this Saturday evening in the Gaelic Grounds.
