Club Limerick Draw The 2021 Club Limerick Draw commences next Saturday March 27th with a jackpot prize of €10,000 up for grabs as well an Exclusive Star Prize of an Apple IPad and a host of cash prizes. This will be the first of ten monthly draws which will run until December.
The Club Limerick Draw is one of our main fundraisers with 50% of the entrant fee returned to our local club. We strongly urge all club members to support this vital fundraiser and with such a wonderful selection of prizes on offer hopefully your luck is in for 2021.
The cost of entry is €100 once off payment or €10 per draw. You can sign up by contacting our local co-ordinator Liam O’Connor or online via limerickgaa.ie/club-limerick-draw remembering to select Fr. Caseys as the nominated club during the process.
Friends of Fr. Casey’s Fundraiser
Fr. Caseys GAA Club are currently collecting the final names for our new Friends of Fr. Caseys sign which will be erected this summer in our club grounds. This attractive sign will contain the names of all those who have supported this fundraiser meaning future generations can see your generosity towards our local GAA Club. All funds raised will go towards the future development of our club grounds. Further information including a list of upcoming and recently completed upgrade projects within the club can be viewed on our club website www.frcaseysgaa.ie.
Placing your name on the sign will cost €100 for an individual or couple and €150 for a family name. To submit your name please contact any committee member or email the club secretary at secretary.frcaseys.limerick@gaa.ie. We really appreciate your support for this vital fundraiser and would be grateful if you can help spread the word to family & friends.
Con & Annie Kirby Memorial
The annual Con & Annie Kirby Memorial Stake commences next Saturday March 27th at the Limerick Greyhound Stadium. Sponsored by JP McManus & family, this event will unfortunately be run behind closed doors this year. Each GAA Club in Limerick will once more be assigned one of the 70 plus entered greyhounds and as they progress in the competition, so do the nominating club. For the various clubs it is a brilliant chance to share in a €20,000 prize-fund with an impressive €10,000 to the winning club. More details on this year’s event can be found on the Greyhound Ireland website (www.grireland.ie) including details on watching from home and various online competitions. Hopefully the 2015 heroics can be repeated for our club when Cable Bay nominated by Fr. Caseys stormed home to win the title. As the competition progresses we will keep you updated.
