Rathkeale GAA Club Notes:

U20 Footballers Advance to the County Semi Finals:
Having already qualified for the County Semi Finals, our U20 footballers of Cappagh Rathkeale played Mungret St Paul’s in what was a decider to top the group. Unfortunately, it was not to be our day, when we lost out on a scoreline of 1-10 to 0-06. We will now play Oola in the Semi Final, this Saturday (December 20th) with a throw in time of 3.15pm in the North Campus in UL. Best of luck to all involved.

74th Annual Rathkeale GAA Christmas Draw Winners – Thank You!
Congratulations to all our winners of the 74th Annual Christmas draw, which was held locally in Rathkeale House Hotel and streamed live on our Facebook page on Saturday afternoon.
Once again, the draw was a wonderful success, which generated fantastic funds for the Club. These funds will be used to bring further enhancements to the facilities of your Club.
In alignment with our #TeamRathkeale colleagues, all of our wonderful prizes were sourced locally, and we hope that you will continue to support and shop local in 2026.
We would like to thank all of you who purchased tickets, promoted, and sold tickets, especially our top promoter who likes to remain nameless, and those of you that sponsored prizes. The draw simply would not be the great success it was without your support, thank you.
Also, thank you to our members and committee members, especially our draw coordinator, Pat Sheahan, who put in a huge effort into the draw, and finally special thanks to Rathkeale House Hotel for hosting us, and throughout the year. Also, a big shout out to Tom White’s Foodstore and Filling Station for providing the ticket collection point once again, it’s greatly appreciated.
If you haven’t received your prize already, one of our Committee Members will be in touch with you over the coming days. The full list of winners is enclosed.

Club Limerick Draw – Thank You:
Once again congratulations to Liam Kennedy, winner of €500 in the November Draw, an ideal time on the lead up to Christmas, and enjoy your winnings. Unfortunately, we had no local winner in the December draw, the last of the Club Limerick Draws for 2025. Overall, it was a very good year for the Club with many winners of various prize funds throughout the last 10 months or so. The highlight of course was Theresa White securing the whopping €10,000 over the summer, well done Theresa. We hope that you all enjoyed your winnings for the many people that won a prize throughout the year. We sincerely appreciate your continued support, and we hope to have you back on board in Club Limerick Draw 2026.
