Askeaton/Ballysteen/Kilcornan 3-13 Dromcollogher/Broadford 0-09
This was a game two halves with Askeaton/ Ballysteen/ Kilcornan leading by 1-6 to 0-4 at the break, with the goal for Askeaton/ Ballysteen/ Kilcornan coming from Danny Neville and a two pointer from Padhraic McMahon then in the second half Askeaton/ Ballysteen/ Kilcornan scored 2-7 to Dromcollogher/ Broadford 0-5 with the goals for Askeaton/Ballysteen/ Kilfornan coming from David O’Shaughnessy and Colm O’Flaherty. This game was played down in Ballyagran, on very fine day. After four rounds the table reads as follows: Askeaton/ Ballysteen/ Kilcornan 8 points +42, Cappagh 6 points + 22, St. Patrick’s 5 points -3, Dromcollogher/ Broadford +2, Claughaun 1 point -6, Glin no points – 57. Dromcollogher/ Broadford scored first three points of the game to lead by three points with two of these points coming from Jack Pierce and the other point coming from Cillian Fahy and then Askeaton/ Ballysteen scored the next 1-4 of the game with 1-1 coming from Danny Neville with 11 minutes gone in the game and a two pointer from Padhraic McMahon and the other point came from Joey Rushe to leave four points between the sided.  Micheál Fahy of Dromcollogher/ Broadford scored the next point to leave three points between the sides and then Askeaton/ Ballysteen/ Kilcornan scored the next two points just before the break and these points came from Joey Rushe and David O’Shaughnessy to leave five points between the sides at the break. Micheál Brosnan of Dromcollogher/Broadford scored the first point of the second half to leave four points before the sides and then Askeaton/ Ballysteen/ Kilcornan scored the next 1-1 with the goal coming from David O’Shaughnessy with 50 minutes gone in the game and the point came from Padraic McMahon to leave 8 points between the sides. With Dromcollogher/Broadford leading by 1-6 to 0-4 at the break with our goal coming from Killian Cahill and then in the second half we scored 2-09 to Ballincurra Gaels 4-1 and our two goals came from Séan Madden and Danny Mullane.  After four rounds the table reads as follows: Patrickswell 8 points +23, Dromcollogher/ Broadford 6 points +3, St. Senan’s 2 points -13, Kilmallock 2 points (withdrawn), Ballincurra Gaels no points -17. We received a walkover from Hospital/Herbertstown, after seven rounds the table reads as follows: Dromcollogher/ Broadford 14 points +83, Kildimo/ Pallaskenry 10 points +14, Pallasgreen 8 points +20, Ballybricken/ Boheramore/ Croom 8 points +7, Adare 7 points +3, Bruff 3 points -34, Hospital/ Herberstown 3 points -23 (withdrawn from competition), St. Patrick’s 3 points -31. The Championship Semi-Finals pairings are follows: Dromcollogher/ Broadford V Ballybricken/ Boheramore/ Croom and Kidimo/ Pallaskenry V Pallasgreen.
Dromcollogher/ Broadford GAA Club Lotto Draw:
The following are the results of the lotto draw that took place on the 29-09-25, and the numbers drawn were: 1, 10, 17, 18 There was no winner of the Jackpot at €6,300 and there was also no winner of match three at €100 and the two lucky dips of €50 each and they were: Ger Meaney, Dromcollogher and Ronan Cahill, Dromcollogher and the next draw will take place on this coming Monday October  6th, in the GAA Grounds, Dromcollogher, at 9.30pm Sharp and the Jackpot is going up €6,400 and match three is staying at €100.
