This was a very tight game with Kilmallock winning by two points on the night, this game was played down in Mick Neville Park (Rathkeale) on last Thursday night, the table after two rounds reads as follows: Knockaderry 4 points + 21, Doon 2 points +9, Caherline 2 points +9, Killmallock 2 points -12, Dromcollogher/ Broadford no points -11, Kilteely/ Dromkeen no points -16, our next game is against Doon, on Saturday August 23rd, in Kilmallock, at 6.30pm, referee to be announced. Kilmallock scored the first 1-4 of the game with goal coming from Eoin Ryan with four minutes in the game and with two of these points coming from Eoin Ryan and the other points came from Sean Cronin and Clem McAuliffee to lead by seven points and then Dromcollogher/Broadford scored the next three points to leave four points between the sides with two of these points came from Keith Lacey and the other point came from Brian O’Callaghan. Eoin Ryan of Kilmallock and Keith Lacey of Dromcollogher/Broadford exchanged pointed frees. Adare 2-10 Dromcollogher/Broadford 0-11
This was a very tight game with Adare running out winners by five points on the night, played down in Adare, on Sunday last, the table after the two rounds reads as follows: Adare 4 points +16, Askeaton/ Ballysteen/ Kilcornan 4 points +9, Crecora/ Mainster no points 0, St. Kieran’s no points -5, Dromcollogher/Broadford no points -9, Kildimo/ Pallaskenry no points -25. Our next game is against Doon, on Sunday August 24th, in Dromcollogher, at 7pm, referee to be announced.
Ronan O’Sullivan of Dromcollogher/Broadford scored the first point of the game and Adare scored the next two points of the game to lead by a point.  Jack Shanahn of Dromcollogher/ Broadford scored the next point of the game to bring sides back on level terms for the second time during the game and Adare scored the next point of the game to lead by a point. This was a very much one-sided game with Ballylanders the much better and stronger team on the night and the table after four rounds the table reads as follows: Croom/Ballybricken/ Boheramore 6 points +8, Dromcollogher/ Broadford 5 points -10, Ballylanders 4 points + 23, Adare 3 points -15, Shannon Gaels/ Athea no points -6.
Ballylanders scored the first four points of the game and then Dromcollogher/Broadford scored the next two points of the game to leave two points between the sides, and these points came from Ryan Sheehan and John Lehihan. Ballylanders scored the next 1-2 and then Dromcollogher/Broadford Ryan Sheehan scored the next point for Dromcollogher/Broadford of the game to leave six points between the game. This was a very tight game played in Bruff on last Monday night, we won by five points on the night after four rounds the table reads as follows: Kildimo/ Pallaskenry 7 points +13, Dromcollogher/ Broadford 6 points + 39, St. Patrick’s 3 points -18, Ballybricken/ Boheramore/ Croom 2 points +5, Adare 2 points +1, Pallasgreen 2 points -3, Hospital/ Herbertstown 1 point 0, Bruff 1 point -37. This was a very tight game played in Mungret/St. Pauls on last Monday night, we were beaten by five points on the night the after six rounds the table reads as follows: Dromina/ Athlacca/ Banogue 10 points + 47, Beville Gaels 6 points + 14, St. Kieran’s 4 points + 4, Mungret/ St. Paul’s 3 points -27, Dromcollogher/ Broadford 2 points -24, Killacolla Gaels 1 point -14, Southside Gaels withdrawn from Group. The following are the results of the lotto draw that took place on the 05-08-25, and the numbers drawn were: 8, 11, 21, 30 There was no winner of the Jackpot at €5,500 and there was one winner of the match three at €100 and that was: Oliver Casey, Dromcollogher and the two lucky dips of €50 each and they were: Sinead Forde, Broadford and John and Camel Leahy, Dromcollogher and the next draw will took place Monday August 11th, in the GAA Grounds, Dromcollogher, at 9.30pm Sharp and the Jackpot went up to €5,500 and match three stayed at €100.

Weeding Bells:
Congratulations to Cillian Fahy and Caoimhe O’Neill, on Saturday last. Cillian is the present captain of Limerick senior football winners the division 4 Allianz National football league and finalists in the Tailteann Cup and also current captain our senior footballers and in first county senior football championship was back in 2012 after a replay against Newcastle West.  Congrats once again to Cillian and Caoimhe.
