Mungret/St Paus GAA Club Notes:

County Players:
It was a great day at the office on Saturday for our U14 County players where they hosted the Munster Provincial Blitz. Limerick Camogie had 2 squads involved, both coming away with silverwear in the form of Division 1 and Division 2 shields!
Team 1 faced off against Waterford, Tipp and Clare, With our own Ava Larkin Captaining the team that got the better of Clare to be awarded the shield, Team 2 took on Clare, Cork and Waterford with a high quality final v the Deishe to lift the shield. Well done to all our girls involved: Ava Reaboi, Ava Larkin, Sophie Lynch, Sadhbh Hanley, Alannah Robertson and coach Clodagh Reaboi, Hopefully this is the start of a winning streak for this hard working bunch and their teammates, who aren’t just playing a game, they are shaping the future of limerick camogie, one puck at a time.
Hard luck to MSP Camogies Amy O’Halloran and the U23 Limerick Team who lost to strong Dublin on Saturday in Round 3 of the Championship in St Peregrines GAA.
Well done to Carol Bateman, Aoife Morrissey, Tara Geoghegan and the Limerick LGFA Team who had a comprehensive win over Derry on Saturday 14th June. They will play their next game in their Junior All Ireland Championship campaign this Sunday against Sligo in Sligo. Wishing you and your teammates the very best of luck ladies.

Kyle Cullinan, Harry Nealon, Robert Purtill and Josh Rohan played Laois and Kildare, in Portlaoise for the U-14 Limerick Footballers on Satruday 21 June 2025. A good learning experience for the boys against quality opposition.
U-15 Limerick Footballers Mark Nelligan, Sean Casey, Padraig Ahern, Sammy Roche and Sam Newman were in Mallow playing two strong Cork teams where there were plenty of positives and lots of learnings to take from the game for the players.

Thank You:
A big thank you to Kieran, Clodagh and the crew over at COBI Sports for sponsoring personalised gear bags for the entire Féile team (& Management) ahead of next weekend finals! They were delighted to be presented with them on Thursday night before training.
This sponsorship means more than just gear bags, it’s a huge gesture showing the importance of backing our girls and being part of the special day. Thanks again Cobi, we really appreciate you!
U14 Camogie:
Thomond Championship: Out Thomond Squad travelled to play Treaty Gaels Camogie Club last night. They had a tough battle on their hands and gave it their all till the final whistle.
Captain: Aisling Carroll Referee: Martin Doherty.
Mackey Championship:
Our Mackey squad welcomed Monaleen Camogie to #MSPCamogie HQ tonight. Despite being down a number of players we pushed a very strong opponent to the end, only loosing by 2 point in a cracker of a game. Captain: Anna Murphy Referee: Mike Woulfe.
