Hurling:
Our junior B hurlers played Ahane on Wednesday evening in excellent conditions in Caherelly. It was a close competitive affair with Ahane leading 1-10 to 1-6 at half time. Ballybricken could never quite close the gap despite playing well for much of the second half. Ahane held on to their lead with the final score 2-18 to 1-16.
