Well to the Feile Peil (U15 Footballers) team who reached the final stages after two comprehensive wins last Saturday In Oola. With their Kilteely team mates they beat Ballybricken-Bohermore-Croom by 1-11 to 1-2 and then the home team Oola by 0-7 to 1-0. As of time going to print they have played in the semi finals in Mick Neville Park Rathkeale on St Patrick’s morning. East Senior Hurling League:
The Intermediate hurlers took on Cappamore in the East Senior Hurling League in Pallas last Sunday afternoon. On a crisp and dry March day Pallas were ahead at the break 1-5 to 0-7. Cappamore came more into the game in the second half and ran out winners by 0-16 to 1-7. Limerick U20 Football:
Well done to the Limerick U20 footballers and especially local lads, Tadgh Hourigan, Padraic Phelan and Shane Pearse who had a great win in round 2 of the 2025 Dalata Hotel group Munster championship when they defeated Waterford in Dungarvan by 0-15 to 0-13.
Limerick Camogie:
Hard luck to Cliodhna Ryan and her Limerick team mates who were defeated by Clare 3-13 to 1-10 in the Div 1B National Camogie League in Ennis last weekend.
Membership:
Following on from the AGM, club membership rates for the 2025 season is as follows; Players €60, Non player €40, U18 €50 and OAP €20. Membership to be paid on or before March 31st 2025.There will be a number of membership open nights for people to register. Meeting room GAA Pitch, Friday Feb 28th 7-8pm in meeting room GAA Pitch.
