CROOM GAA CLUB NOTES
Club Lotto . Don’t forget that our Croom Gaa Club lotto is back and ONLINE at www.lottoraiser.ie/Croom/ Tickets are €2 or 3 for €5. Tickets can also be bought from outside Spar on Saturday mornings. You have the option to do multiple weeks at a time. Jackpot on Monday night is €6,500. Our lucky dip winners last week were Valerie O Brien, Bibo & Harvey, Card Players (Daffy’s), Josh and Harry and Conor Laffan. Please continue to support your club.
Coach Education Evening:
We are delighted to welcome Stephen, David, and Peter Lavin for a coach education workshop based on GameSense which is a games based approach to coaching this Friday evening February 18th. Part 1 begins at 7pm sharp for coaches involved in coaching kids age U7-11, and Part 2 is for coaches involved in U13-17 and will begin around 8.15pm. However coaches are more than welcome to attend both parts if they wish. The event is free of charge and refreshments will be provided. Please bring a notebook and a hurley. Anyone is welcome to attend, be it current or past coaches, players or parents.
Underage Training:
Our U17s are back training hard on the 4G and in the gym and our U15s and U13s started training last Sunday evening. There was a good turnout and they were put through their paces by coaches Mike Mangan, Chris McAteer and Pat Carey. This year our U17s will play in Division 2, U15s in Division 3, and U13s in Division 2. We await groups and fixtures from the county Bord na nOg.

For new members please create an account by logging in to return to play / Foireann and hit NEW USER and follow the steps. Payment can also be given to Club Register Breda O’Dwyer 086 8798219.
