Ballyagran TidyTowns
Ballyagran TidyTowns wish to express their gratitude to the former soccer club for their recent contribution to our group. We have several exciting projects in the pipeline and this money will be put to good use. We have added several Limerick flags to the area around the water pump this week to support our county team. Sadly, due to circumstances beyond our control we have had to cancel our 5km walk/8km run planned for the 15th August in Castletown.

Castletown-Ballyagran GAA Grounds

Castletown-Ballyagran Field Development Association would like to express our appreciation to the committee of Ballyagran Soccer Club for their kind donation of €5,500 resulting from the sale of their field. Indeed it has been a very productive year for the Field Development Association , with the help of many people we ran a hugely successful Strictly Come Dancing event, which raised sufficient funds to clear the longstanding loan that we had taken out in 2004. Closing out this loan was due to the great work of everyone who assisted with, danced, sponsored, & supported our Strictly Come Dancing event and the many fundraising events that we have organised through the years, we have been very fortunate to have the support of many committee members down through the years and to have had the support of the Parish. It is now time to look to upgrading our facilities so that we can continue to provide a top class grounds for everyone who plays, trains & attends our ground.
