Three Great Results on the GAA Field for Limerick this weekend

It was indeed a very good weekend on the field of play for Limerick at the weekend.

On Saturday 26th. January in Raheeenagh in the 
Junior B All Ireland Hurling Series Semi final, Limerick and Munster Champions Cappamore won their place in the final with a 0.14 to 1.10 win over Ballinderreen (Galway).

On today Sunday 27th. January, there were victories in both Allianz Hurling & Football League games for Limerick.

The Hurlers made the journey to Innovate Wexford Park to play in the Allianz Hurling League Division 1a ( for the first time since 2010 when they were relegated) and they made it a winning start scoring a 1.17 to 2.11 victory over Wexford, while the Footballers scored a one point win over London at McGovern Park in Ruislip on a score line of 01 to 0.10 to get get a oerfect start to the 2019 League programme.

IN the Allianz Leagues Round 2 next weekend will see Tipperary play Limerick in the Hurling League on Saturday evening in Pairc na nGael at 7pm. while the Footballers will play Waterford on Sunday in Newcastlewest at 2pm
