After a pulsating semi final last Sunday against Clare, Limerick have reached the 2026 All Ireland Senior hurling final following a dramatic 1-22 to 1-19victory. Congratulations to the team and management and all involved and especially to our club man Colin Ryan, and our very near neighbours involved in the backroom team, Eibhear O’Dea, Conor Ahern and Denny Ahern.  All Ireland final fever, scramble for those golden tickets etc will begin in earnest leading up to the big day on Sunday July 19th in Croke Park.

Well done to the Minor hurling team who had a fantastic win over Newcastle West in Newcastle West during the week in the Minor B Group 1 Championship. Final score was Pallasgreen 2-17 Newcastle West 1-11. Congrats to the Junior ladies who qualified for the Division 3 League final after an exciting win over Croom in Pallas last Saturday evening. In a thrilling encounter in which the game was played a great pace and end to end spectacle. It proved a high scoring encounter with Croom looking set for victory with ten minutes to go, but somehow the Pallas ladies found another gear to seal the victory by 7-4 to 4-11. Team; Roisin O’Connell, Ciara McNamara, Hannah Dillon, Aoibhe Rodahan, Ella Connolly, Aine Looby, Niamh Mulcahy, Kaelin Ryan, Sarah Dillon (1-1), Aoife Purcell, Sinead McGuinness, Eabha Hourigan (0-2), Cliodhna Ryan (4-0), Caoimhe Butler (2-1), Roisin McCarthy. Well done to both the U14 teams who put in a magnificent performances last week. The Pallasgreen Blue team defeated Cappagh by 4-13 to 2-6 and the Pallasgreen Yellow team defeated Feoghanagh/Castlemahon by 3-13 to 2-4. Two very impressive performances and well done to all involved.

The annual golf classic will take place on Friday August 21st in the Ballykisteen Golf Club. More information on tee times etc will be announced soon. All support would be greatly appreciated.

The Club will host the Kelloggs Cul Camp starring on the 6th July-10th July. There are still a number of places left to Join in the festival of football, ladies football, camogie and hurling. You can book by contacting James Ryan james.ryan.chg.limerick@gaa.ie
