A fine second half performance saw the JB Hurlers overcome Doon in Doon last Sunday afternoon. Played in wonderful sunshine, Pallas were slow to start as the home side had a commanding lead after fifteen minutes into the game. Gradually Pallas came into the game and were only three points behind at the break 1-6 to 0-6. The second half was a much improved performance and with goals from Conor Linnane and Charlie Stokes set the tone for a fine victory by 2-18 to 2-12.Team; S Murphy, C O’Shaughnessy, PJ Butler, C Roche, D O’Dea, A Greene, E Pierce, P Roche, C Stokes(1-2), C O’Dwyer (0-4), D Murphy (0-1), D Looby (0-2), D Roche, C Linnane (1-6), R Corbett (0-2). One awesome moment of the match came in the second half when father & son Gary and Jack Fraher entered the action. Well done to Gary & Jack.

Club membership for 2026 is now due and the last day for registration is 31st March 2026. It’s important that every player young and old need to become registered member of the club. The 18th Con and Annie Kirby memorial stake returned to Limerick greyhound Stadium last Saturday night kindly sponsored by JP & Noreen McManus. The event is one of the richest races in the world and one of the highlights of the greyhound calendar. The Pallasgreen nominated dog Ballymac Chantry has qualified for the second round after an impressive run in heat 6 last Saturday night. We wish everyone involved with the dog the very best of luck this Saturday night and of course all support would be appreciated.
