On this date 31st March 2019, Croke Park was the venue, where Limerick played Waterford in the Division 1 Allianz Hurling League Final

Limerick won their twelfth League Title, (their first since 1997), when they scored a well deserved win by 1.24 to 0.19. Aaron Gillane was Man of the Match and there great scenes of jubilation when Declan Hannon was presented with the Cup

The League victory meant that Limerick held the All Ireland and League titles simultaneously for the first time since 1937.
