Limerick Hurling Academy along with Limerick Coaching and Games and Bord na nOg will host a session planning workshop on April 4th in UL North Campus from 10am – 1pm:

The workshop is aimed at coaches from U14 – Adult. Coaches can expect some tips on session planning, fitting sessions into a season plan and practical tips on getting ideas from paper to the pitch.

The day will consist of a pre session briefing, observation of a live session and post session Q&A. Development officers will be on site to guide coaches through the sessions and answer any questions live pitch side also. Tea and coffee will be provided.
