Limerick GAA is delighted to announce a new initiative aimed at further enhancing the skills and knowledge of club coaches across the county. Limerick GAA is set to strengthen its partnership with Setanta College, providing coaches with access to comprehensive educational courses in different fields.
Building on an existing collaboration, Limerick GAA and Setanta College have been partnered for a number of years, focusing on the provision of athletic development support at academy level. This new phase of the partnership will see the rollout of Certificates in Youth Athletic Development and Sports Coaching.
This special collaboration also includes financial support from Limerick GAA, with courses being subsidised by the county. Normally costing €995, coaches can avail of these courses at half the cost for a limited time.
While the courses are fully online and self-paced, the deadline to avail of the funding support is June 15th. Coaches can find out more information, enrol, and commence their studies by clicking here.
