The primary focus of the Regional Development Units will be to support, sustain and grow

clubs within their areas. The Units will work hand in hand with clubs and existing County

committees, providing practical support, guidance and renewed energy to help clubs

meet evolving challenges and seize new opportunities.

The Regional Development Units will focus on delivering real and meaningful support,

including:

belonging. Increasing participation is not just about numbers on the field – it is about

building stronger, more connected and inclusive communities.
