We were unlucky to lose to Doon after a great battle, at the break Doon lead by 1-13 to 2-06 with our goals coming by Keith Lacey and Darragh Stack and then in second half Doon outscored by 0-15 to 1-1, with our goal coming from Brian Ahern, to win by six points on the night. The scores on the night were: Keith Lacey (1-11, 6f, 1 65m), Darragh Stack (1-1), Brian Ahern (1-0,) Damien Burke (0-3) and Kevin Noonan (0-1, 1f). This was a final group stage, we unlucky to lose out to Mungret/St. Pauls in Mungret, on last Wendesday, in very fine conditions, at the break Mungret/ St. Paul’s led by 3-7 to 2-3 with our goals coming from Rory O’Dell, Tiernan O’Flynn and then in second half Mungret/ St. Paul’s 0-8 to our 1-3 with our goal coming from Sean O’Flynn and our points during the game came from: Muiris McCarthy, Ryan Sheeham and Ollie Stoekes all 2 points each. The table reads as follows: Mungret/ St. Paul’s 4 points (+16), Kildimo/ Pallaskenry 2 points (+14), Dromcollogher/ Broadford no points (-30). The following are the results of the lotto draw that took place on the 04-08-26, and the numbers drawn were: 14, 25, 31, 32, There was no winner of the Jackpot at €3,800 and there also was no winner of the match three at €100 and the two lucky dips of €50 each were: Seán Madden and Joan Moloney and the next draw took place on last Monday August 10th, and the Jackpot went up to €3,900 and match three stayed at €100.
