This was a game two halves, in which we unlucky to draw the game with Gerald Griffins on the night, with Gerald Griffins leading at the break by 1-9 to 1-4 with our goal coming from Kevin Noonan, then in the second half we outscored Gerald Griffins by 2-6 to 1-4 with our goals coming from Kevin Noonan and Brian O’Callaghan within a minute of each other on the night we drew on the night. Our scores on the night were Kevin Noonan (2-3, 2f,), Brian O’Callaghan (1-0), James Molyneaux (0-2 1 two pointer, Kenny Lynch (0-2, 1f), Séan Madden (0-1), Tommy Ryan (0-1), Michael Brosnan (0-1). After the first round the table reads as follows: Claghaun 2 points +2, Dromcollogher/Broadford 1 point 0, Gerald Griffins 1 point 0, St. Senan’s no points, Na Pairsaigh no points, Crecora/Mainster no points -2.

Kevin Noonan of Dromcollogher/Broadford scored the first goal of the game in the first minute of the game after Brillant slap down from Brian O’Callaghan and then Gerald Griffins scored the next 1-1 of the game to lead a point with a pointed free from Dara Noonan and the goal came from Johnny O’Sullivan. Kevin Noonan of Dromcollogher/Broadford scored a pointed free to bring sides back on level terms for the first time during the game and then Gerald Griffins scored the next 8 points without reply from Dromcollogher/Broadford including one two pointer coming from Dara Noonan, with two points each coming from Zach Behan and Darragh Mullane (one free and one play) a point each from Colm McSweeney and Cormac Thomspon to leave eight points between the sides. Dromcollogher/Broadford scored the next three points with two pointer coming from James Molyneaux and the other point came from Séan Madden to leave five points between the sides at the break. To leave the score at half-time Gerald Griffins 1-9 to Dromcollogher/Broadford 1-4.
Kevin Noonan of Dromcollogher/Broadford and Dara Noonan of St. Senans exchanged points in early in the second half to leave five points between the sides and then Dromcollogher/Broadford scored the next two goals of the game to lead by a point within a minute of each other with 40 minutes gone in the game with the goals coming from Kevin Noonan and Brian O’Callaghan. Dromcollogher/Broadford scored the next two points coming from Micheál Brosnan and Kevin Noonan to lead by three points and then Darragh Mullane of Gerald Griffins scored next point of the game to leave two points between the sides. Kenny Lynch of Dromcollogher/Broadford scored two points one from play and the other from a free to lead by four points and then Jamie Long of Gerald Griffins scored the next point to leave three points between the sides. Tommy Ryan of Dromcollogher/Broadford scored the next point of the game to leave four points between the sides and then Gerald Griffins scored the last of the game 1-1 to bring sides back on level terms with the point coming from Paul Brouder and the goal came from Dara Noonan. Dromcollogher/Broadford GAA Club Lotto Draw:
The following are the results of the lotto draw that took place on the 13-07-26, and the numbers drawn were: 21, 24, 29, 31. There was no winner of the jackpot at €3,500 and there was two winners at €100 and they each got €50 and they were Pa Cregan and Maria Burke and the two lucky dips of €50 each were: Mary Lenihan and Mary Reidy and the next draw will take on this coming Monday July 20th and the Jackpot is going up to €3,600 and match three staying at €100.
