Killeedy 1-19 Dromcollogher/Broadford 0-22
This was a very tight game played down in Tournafulla, on last Tuesday night. Our hurlers were unlucky to lose to Killeedy due to a injury time point after sides were level deep into injury time. At the break Dromcollogher/ Broadford lead by 0-10 to 0-09 and in the second half Killeedy outscored us by 1-10 to 0-12. Our scores on the night were: Keith Lacey 0-11 6 frees, Tommy Ryan 0-2, Brian Stack 0-2, John Lehihan 0-2, Ollie Brudair a point, Rory O’Dell a point, Damien Burke a point, Kevin Noonan a point from a free. Dromcollogher/Broadford scored the first two points of the game coming from Keith Lacey and Rory O’Dell and then Killeedy scored their first point of the game to leave a point between the sides. Dromcollogher/Broadford scored the next three points with two of these points coming from Keith Lacey both from frees and the other point came from Kevin Noonan from a free from his own 45 M to leave four points between the sides and then Killedy scored the next two points one from a free and the other from play to leave two points between the sides. Tommy Ryan of Dromcollogher/Broadford scored the next point of the game to leave three points between the sides and then Killeedy scored the next three points to bring sides back on level terms for the first time during the game. Dromcollogher/Broadford scored the next three points with two of these coming from Keith Lacey both from frees and the other came from John Lenihan to leave three points between the sides and then Killeedy scored the next two points both from frees to leave a point between the sides. Keith Lacey of Dromcollogher/Broadford scored the next point to leave two points between the sides and then Killeedy scored the last point of the half just before the break to leave a point between at end of the half. Dromcollogher/Broadford scored the next four points of the game to take the lead once again with two of these points came from Keith Lacey and the other points came from Ollie Brudair and Damien Burke to leave four points between the sides and then Killeedy scored the first goal and only goal of the game with 48 minutes to leave a point between the sides. Tommy Ryan of Dromcollogher/Broadford scored the next point to leave two points between the sides and then Killeedy scored the next three points to take the lead for the first time during the game with two from play and the from a free. The following are the results of the Lotto draw that took place on the 22-06-26 and the numbers drawn were 9, 14, 21, 28. There was no winner of the Jackpot at €3,200 and there was three winners at €105 and they each got €35 and they were Killian Cahill, Stephen Sheehan, Tom O’Brien, Dromcollogher and the two Lucky Dips of €50 each were Sharon McCarthy and Peter Enright and the next draw will take on this coming Monday June 29th, and the Jackpot is going up to €3,300 and match three stayed at €100.
