This was a game of two halves with Claughaun leading by 1-11 to 0-5 at end of the first half and then is second half we outscored Claughaun by 2-10 to 0-03, with our goals coming from Keith Lacey and Brian O’Callaghan. To Limerick senior hurling management team led John Kiely and the Limerick senior hurlers led by Cian Lynch and especially to Gearóid Hegarty against Tipperary, Limerick defeated Tipperary on a scoreline of 5-27 to 0-25, Gearóid scored 2 points, in the Munster senior hurling championship round 5.
Hard Luck:
To Limerick senior footballers led by Jimmy Lee and to Limerick senior footballers led by our club captain Cillian Fahy and Micheál Fahy against Wicklow, Wicklow defeated Limerick on a scoreline of 4-17 to 2-14, Cilllian scored 3 points including a two pointer.
Dromcollogher/ Broadford GAA Club Lotto Draw:
The following are the results of the lotto draw that took place on the 25-05-26, and the numbers drawn were: 4, 7, 18, 23. There was no winner of the jackpot at €2,800 and there was one winner of match 3 at €100 and that was Brian Noonan and the two lucky dips of €50 each were: Jerry O’Brien and Kathleen Barry and the next draw will take place on this coming Tuesday June 2nd, and the Jackpot is going up to €2,900 and match three staying at €100.
