To Limerick senior hurlers led by John Kiely and to Limerick senior hurlers and especially to Gearóid Hegarty v Cork, Cork defeated Limerick on a scoreline of 2-22 to 1-23, Gearóid scored two points during the game in the Munster senior hurling championship round 2.

The following are the results of the lotto draw that took place on the 27-04-26 and the numbers drawn were: 4, 7, 17, 24. There was no winner of the jackpot at €2,400 and there was four winners of match three at €100 and they got €25 each and they wer: Pat Curtin, Jim Donegan, Mary Clancy, Séan Roche and the two lucky dips of €50 each were: Máiréad Hogan and Evie and Lucia Leahy and the next draw will take place on this coming Tuesday May 5th and the Jackpot is going up to €2,500 and match three staying at €100.
