Croom GAA Club Notes:

Junior Hurling:
On Sunday, June 21st, our Junior hurlers travelled to Kilfinane to face Staker Wallace in the South Hurling Final.
It was a determined performance from the Croom men, with key players stepping up and showing great leadership to the younger players coming through. This, combined with an outstanding work rate and a solid team effort, saw Croom come out on top with a final score of 3.16 to 0.17. This win saw Croom complete a fantastic double, winning both the South Football and Hurling titles for 2026! Huge congratulations to all the players, management, and everyone involved Cromadh Abu!

Minors:
In preparation for the upcoming championship, and building on the hard work from the previous two challenge games, our Tory Hill Gaels minor hurlers faced Patrickswell last Wednesday evening in Croom.
It was a strong team performance, with plenty of positives to take while still leaving room for improvement as we look ahead to our opening championship game next Wednesday.

Underage:
Well done to our U14 Tory Hill Gaels hurlers with another excellent team performance on a very warm evening against a very good ballybrown team last Monday, 22nd June. Huge workrate, super defending and great scores out of the lads.

– U16 Tory Hill Gaels hurlers kick off their Championship against Knockainey at 7pm in Crecora GAA Field.
Wednesday, 01st July:
– Tory Hill Gaels Minor Hurlers are out against Killeedy/Tournafulla in the first round of their Championship at 7.30pm in Tournafulla GAA Field.
– Croom Junior footballers are preparing for Championship with a challenge against Claughaun at 7.30pm in Croom GAA Field.
Thursday, 2nd July:
– U14 Tory Hill Gaels hurlers are out in the Round 4 of their Championship against Bruff at 7pm in Bruff GAA Field.
Friday, 3rd July:
– Croom Junior hurlers have a challenge against Nenagh at 7.30pm in Fedamore GAA Field.
Saturday, 4th July:
– Tory Hill Gaels Minor Hurling team are out again in Round 2 of their Championship against Blackrock at 2.00pm in Kilfinane GAA Field.
