It was a good weekend for the club, with wins for the Senior hurlers and the Junior B’s.
The Senior hurlers beat Monaleen to retain Senior status for 2022. Well done to the team captained by Kevin Palmer and Paudie Leahy and managed by Aidan Fitzgerald and Jimmy Quilty. The score was 0 20 to 0 18. The Senior hurlers year is over and we are looking forward to 2022 already.
The junior b’s played Camogue Rovers in the league section of the South Junior B championship, winning on a score line of 4 18 to 0 16. Great result.
We now top the table with 6 points from 3 matches, with only Glenroe left to play next Sunday in Kilfinane at 5pm.
